At Villa Angaza, every element of our construction reflects local craftsmanship and sustainable progress. With the foundations built and slab cast, our team is now embarking on the next chapter: erecting the ground floor walling using Naivasha’s very own local yellow stone. This choice of material is deliberate—not only does it bring an authentic, regional character to the villa, but sourcing it locally significantly reduces the embodied energy incurred by transporting materials over long distances.

Each stone is meticulously hand dressed by skilled local artisans, a process that preserves the unique texture and heritage of the stone while creating valuable employment opportunities in the community, all with minimal environmental impact. In tandem with this, water tanks have been installed and are being connected to the borehole, ensuring a reliable water supply for the plots. Custom fencing for select plots, crafted to meet our clients’ specific requests, is also underway.
